Why Public Education Is Important in Afghanistan?
Education is the process of fostering learning, the acquired knowledge, socialization, skills, attitudes, values, and personal beliefs, in an environment that develops human beings. Educational systems include training, teaching, research and guided discussion. Educational philosophy and objectives usually include social justice, equity, individual and group accountability, education as a social action, and knowledge creation.
Informal education is a means by which people learn through living and interaction with others. An informal education system delivers learning through various forms of contact, such as direct experience, oral knowledge, informal exchanges, work experience, and non-formal education provided by parents, guardians, and teachers. Informal education systems may be either formal or informal. The contract was won after the implementation of a coordinated strategy that would allow rural communities to decide on their future economic development through participation in the education and vocational programs.
In parallel with the Kandahar City Government’s plan to implement the education program, the country’s Ministry of Education and Literacy and Communication recommended that all existing lower level education systems should be modified to form a single system. The goal was to create a single educational system by which all Afghans from different areas of the country would be able to receive higher education. The plan called for the re-grading of lower level classes that included both boys and girls.
