Badminton is basically a racket game played using rackets to dispatch a shuttlecock over a net. While it can be played even with larger teams, generally the most popular types of badminton are” doubles” and “ones.” A “double” is a two handed racket, while “ones” are single handed. The game was created in South Korea, where it is often played in schools and training facilities. It has recently spread throughout Asia, including Australia.

Badminton has garnered international popularity in recent years, with many top athletes including America’s Olympic Team. The sport is getting more exposure because of the Olympics in London this year. Many badminton clubs have sprouted up across the country and there are even badminton courts being built at major colleges and universities. The game has even earned some coverage on the sports shows ” NBC Sports ” Today ” with more coverage likely to come.

Badminton has many different styles, but it basically has two different types: the singles and the doubles. The singles game is played with one racket. In a badminton doubles game, two players are involved. In a badminton competition, two people play on opposite sides of the net and try to knock each other out of the net. The winning player is usually the player with the most strokes. In a game of badminton that features the singles, the competitors use standard playing equipment, such as rackets, while the doubles use racquets with customized grips.

Badminton matches are usually played on a flat court. This court surface is specially designed for badminton. Badminton courts are specially manufactured from an aluminum extrusion and powder-coated for extra grip. Badminton courts are set on a grass court surface. This is usually between one and two feet away from the rackets. The shuttlecocks used in badminton are similar to those used in other sports, but have been modified for this sport so that they can fire while in the air.

Badminton has gained popularity over the years as a competitive sport. Professional badminton players have formed the Federation of International Badminton, or Fidas, which governs the sport worldwide. The Fidas has come up with a very efficient judging system that is used at the World Championships. Badminton has become such a popular sport that it spawned several new games, including badminton doubles and badminton singles. In addition, badminton has been made into a movie, starring Russell Crowe, called Badminton: The Game.

Badminton has grown to the extent that it is now being played indoors. Two types of badminton are available for the indoor player, namely, portable badminton and rectangular rackets. The badminton equipment for indoor badminton is similar to that used on the outdoor badminton court. The difference is in the shuttlecocks. Indoor badminton can be played on any suitable table, but to play it well, a rectangular table is generally best. The shuttlecocks used in indoor badminton are generally the same as those used in outdoor badminton, except for the height of the shaft.

Badminton shoes are a very important part of a badminton set. Badminton shoes are lightweight and provide excellent traction. They also have shock absorption built in so that players do not fall when their rackets to hit the floor. Badminton shoes are available in different sizes and styles. Some shoes are made with specific models of rackets, making it possible for players to select the right racket for the right game. Shoes can be either shoes with spikes or without spikes.

Badminton gloves are essential for the serious players. Badminton gloves provide great support to the wrist, elbow, forearms and hand. They come in different shapes and sizes to suit the preferences of different players. Some of the popular varieties of badminton gloves are the soft padded, gel padded and the textile padded. Beginners should opt for the cotton glove as it is comfortable and easy to use, while the professionals should go for the leather or the finger padding glove.
